Dan, behavior analyst, with a passion for improving ABA therapy practices. As co-owner of Ascend Behavioral Health, supports individuals in achieving meaningful, lasting behavior change. Working at Pro-ACT, he specializes in crisis management, de-escalation strategies, & behavior safety training for professionals in the field.

In addition to his clinical work, Dan co-hosts ABA on Tap, a podcast that brings Applied Behavior Analysis out of the lab & into real-world discussions. Partnering with Mike Rubio & Suzanne Juzwik, Dan delivers insightful, engaging conversations on behavior science & ABA.

Driven by collaboration, humor, & evidence-based practices, Dan is dedicated to progressing the ABA field while making science accessible & practical for all.

Suzanne wears many hats—serial entrepreneur, ABA business strategist, content creator, and passionate autism advocate. As the founder of Innovation Moon, she helps BCBAs and ABA business owners streamline operations, integrate technology, and scale sustainably. With expertise in OBM, project management, and AI-driven business solutions, she’s revolutionizing how ABA professionals work smarter, not harder.

Beyond business, Suzanne is a proud parent to a profoundly autistic daughter, a dedicated autism advocate, and sits on several ABA and autism non-profit boards. She’s also a professional networker committed to connecting people, ideas, and resources to elevate the field.

Matt Storey, Esq.

Matt Storey, Esq. is a special education attorney and founder of CalSPED, a law firm dedicated to protecting the educational rights of students with disabilities across California. With over a decade of experience, Matt has represented families in IEP meetings, mediations, and due process hearings, fighting to ensure every student receives a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) under IDEA and Section 504.

Matt’s passion for this work is deeply personal—his younger brother has cerebral palsy, and growing up in the special education system gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face. Today, he uses that perspective to empower parents, educators, and behavior analysts with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate effectively.

Michelle Zeman

Michelle is an Autistic BCBA, diagnosed in 1995 and certified in 2016. She has extensive experience working with clients aged 2–16 across various settings, including tele-health, clinics, schools, homes, and communities. Skilled in multiple assessment tools, she has conducted initial evaluations and reassessments while supporting individuals with diverse behaviors and skill sets.

Beyond direct client work, Michelle has mentored & supervised numerous Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, & new BCBAs. She also brings leadership experience as a former Clinical Director.

A passionate advocate for compassionate care, Michelle prioritizes client-directed, client-centered goals that are socially significant to each individual. In addition to her clinical work, she is the host of two podcasts: Safe Space: The ABA Podcast and REACH for Knowledge through the Autism Society of Florida.
